The Wellington Hospital in London is the largest independent hospital in the United Kingdom, located in St John's Wood, North London. It has an international reputation for outstanding care in areas of medicine including cardiac services, neurosurgery, liver and HPB medicine, rehabilitation, gynaecology, orthopaedics and many others.

The Wellington Hospital has four main sites: North Tower, South Tower, Central Building and the new Platinum Medical Centre. The Wellington Hospital, The Platinum Medical Centre and The Diagnostics & Outpatients Centre at Golders Green are supported by a full range of diagnostic services including: Magnetic Resonance Scanners (MRI) , PET CT (Low Dose, Dual Source), 64 Slice CT scanner, Digital Radiology, Interventional Radiology Lab, Ultrasound (multi-use), Cardiac imaging & Research Centre (CIRC) and Pathology Services.

The most recent addition to The Wellington Hospital is the new Platinum Medical Centre, which opened on 3rd May 2011. The Platinum Medical Centre houses an extensive diagnostic and imaging centre with PET CT and two of the latest MRI scanners together with the full range of X-Ray, ultrasound and cardiology diagnostics. It will also have London's most modern chemotherapy centre with a special pharmacy, a conventional pharmacy and four operating theatres for day case surgery with 12 patient day beds. The building, in Lodge Road, also has 50 consulting rooms and other extensive patient facilities.
